Please contact us via email before sending/returning your items

We offer refunds or store credits on all eligible items purchased online. To qualify items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of purchase 
• Must not have been worn and be in their original condition with all tags attached 
• No visible marks and scents (makeup, tan, deodorant and or perfume)
• Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on jewellery, headwear, bodysuits and intimates 

Returns are at the expense of the customer (postage is not refunded). We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number once you have posted your items 

Any returns received that fail to comply will be sent back to the customer at their expense 

Store Credits are valid for 3 months from date of return

IN STORE POLICY.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind in store purchases, we offer exchange or store credit only. To qualify Items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of purchase 
• Must not have been worn and be in their original condition with all tags attached 
• No visible marks and scents (makeup, tan, deodorant and or perfume)
• Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on jewellery, headwear, bodysuits and intimates 
• All pre-loved purchases cannot be returned

All exchange/store credits purchases are final, exchanges cannot be given on exchanges. Refunds will only be offered on faulty items with such a fault that they are a non saleable item. Items with repairable faults will not be refunded, fault will be repaired and items returned to the buyer

Store Credits are valid for 3 months from date of return
